Mural restoration breathes new life into St. Jacobs’ showcase of heritage

Seeing her life’s work revived and restored to its original beauty was incredibly powerful.
— Amanda Palmer, General Manager of The Village of St. Jacobs BIA

A recent project from The Village of St. Jacobs Business Improvement Association saw the restoration of a beloved mural that represents St. Jacobs’ Mennonite roots. Restoration of the village landmark featured the original artist, an emerging local artist, and support from many community partners.

The project was made possible through WRCF’s Arts Grants program.
