Community Tools
Waterloo Region Community Foundation (WRCF) has worked with local community partners to create a series of community tools to support individuals and organizations in Waterloo Region.
These tools are designed to address particular community needs — from finding places to gather with people as a way to improve social infrastructure, to creating a one-stop hub for charities looking to find funding opportunities to support their programs and initiatives.

In partnership with Gambit Technologies Inc., WRCF launched GatherWR, an innovative AI-driven tool that provides a simple way to discover places and spaces to come together in Waterloo Region.
A group of local funders created Waterloo Region Apply to provide organizations looking for funding with a centralized place to begin their search among their available grants.
