Invitation to Complete WRCF Investment Questionnaire by January 19, 2026
Waterloo Region Community Foundation (WRCF) is exploring opportunities to invest in a number of smaller, regionally-relevant, social and climate-related impact funds as part of our commitment to innovative community building and impact investing. We aim to identify Canadian-domiciled funds that align with our Investment Policy Statement and mission while fostering meaningful connections among local investors, social enterprises, and the broader social finance ecosystem.
As the first step in our due diligence process, we are inviting interested funds to complete a short questionnaire. Responses will help us understand a fund’s strategy, anticipated performance, and openness to collaboration, ensuring that any potential investment delivers both financial returns and community benefit. This information will also help us determine which 10–12 funds will be invited to a half-day, in-person event in Waterloo Region in March 2026.
