Mandy’s Fund is an endowment fund managed by Waterloo Region Community Foundation (WRCF) on behalf of John and Betty Whitehouse. WRCF invests the holdings, and each year, earnings are directed to their preferred causes. Our goal is to grow the fund to over $50,000 to support John and Betty’s favourite areas of philanthropy including seeing eye dogs, distressed furry friends, the natural environment, and community needs. When you make a donation, a tax receipt is issued in your name.
