The Hussey Philanthropic Fund was established in 2020 as a way to give back to the communities and causes that have given the Hussey Family so much.

Wayne Hussey passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Thursday, August 4th, 2022. To Wayne, his greatest accomplishment after his family was his work. Wayne worked for and with Canada’s premier charities for over three decades. Through his work, he transformed the lives of millions. His leadership, vision, and values will be remembered and missed by the philanthropic community.

In celebration of Wayne’s life and his impact on the charitable sector the Hussey Philanthropic Fund will ensure Wayne’s legacy lives on through generosity and kindness.
